Egghead Labs, Inc. ("Egghead Labs", "we") builds connected products and the software behind them. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, both on this website and in our products.

What we collect

Contact details you give us, such as your name, email, and phone number, when you email us or set up one of our products.
Product data needed to make a device work, for example when a device was opened or came online. We collect the event, not the contents of your home or medication.
Basic site analytics, such as page views, to understand what is useful. We do not sell this.

How we use it

To run the product you set up, including sending the alerts you asked for.
To reply to you and provide support.
To keep our products and site secure and working.

Text messages

Some of our products send SMS alerts. Egghead Labs, Inc. is the registered sender. We use phone numbers only to send the notifications you set up. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and messaging carriers), and only as needed to run the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information, or opt out of messages, by emailing engineering@eggheadlabs.net.
